Season 2018/2019

On January 3, the Autonomous Group Show Championship was held in Coslada. We show up with two Big teams. The National team obtained a 2nd place with their theme "Parcas" and the B team took the first place in their category. Congratulations to Susana and Almudena and Laura for the work done.

This year it was held on March 8 in Guadalajara. A magnificent organization and a good job that our girls did, becoming 18th again and having to go out to compete first. Congratulations to all.

7th place for our club in the Ciudad de Alcoy Trophy held on March 22. On this occasion we were able to experience the fraternity among the Madrid clubs. We want to congratulate the Rolument club for its third place.

On Saturday, October 27, the Community Cup took place at the CP Alcalá facilities in Alcalá de Henares. We have attended it with Lucía and Sara in the youth category and with Silvia in the junior category. We want to congratulate the three skaters for their great performance in this competition. Silvia got a creditable third place and Sara and Lucía a sixth and seventh respectively. Congratulations to all of them and to their coach Lourdes.

Last Saturday, November 17, the 4th level tests took place at the Laura Oter Municipal Sports Center in Tres Cantos. Of the 40 skaters who performed. Only 13 could pass the level. After more than 30 years dedicated to figure skating, our most charismatic coach abandons skating. It has been many years as a skater and nine as a coach and head of the entire club. At this stage he has always managed to classify one of the show groups for the Spanish Championship, whether it was a Large or Small Group. On Thursday, October 24, the I SPORTS WOMAN GALA organized by the Madrid City Council took place in order to publicize the efforts and achievements of women and their sports entities in the world of sports. The Aluche club was present and had the opportunity to talk with Councilor Celia Mayer, Delegate of the Gender and Diversity Policies Area and offer the celebration of the International Latina Groups Show Trophy as a space for coexistence and respect. We hope that initiatives like this will progress that will allow women's sports to have a wider gap in sports information.

On Thursday, October 18, a reception was held at the Madrid city hall for the entities that have a collaboration agreement with the Municipal Schools. The event was attended by the Mayor of Madrid, Manuela Carmena. We were surrounded by the representatives of the Aluche Hockey School and the representative of the Madrid Federation.

On Sunday, November 11, the first Autonomous Advance Skating League (LAPA) began. The competition was held in Daganzo and 5 of our girls have made it to the second phase. We congratulate each and every one of our 12 skaters and expressly to Claudia and Sofía for their first place and to Martita, Paula and Vera for their third place that entitles them to qualify for the second phase.
